How to Include This Service
After adding your selected product to the cart, simply choose the removal option at checkout and specify the item(s) and quantity for collection.

How to Prepare Your Items for Collection
Mattress Only
✅ Wrap your old mattress securely before collection for a smooth and safe pickup.
✅ Our delivery team will provide one collection label per mattress—please ensure you do not exceed one consignment per collection.
Bed Base Only / Frame Only
✅ Dismantle your bed base or frame and wrap it securely before pickup.
✅ The bed frame can be presented in a maximum of four consignments.
✅ Our delivery team will provide up to four collection labels—please do not exceed this limit.
Bed Base + Mattress
✅ Wrap your mattress securely before collection.
✅ Our delivery team will provide one collection label per mattress—please do not exceed one consignment per collection.
Recycling Terms & Conditions
🔹 All items must be fully wrapped and ready for collection before our delivery team arrives.
🔹 Unwrapped or exposed items will not be collected. A new collection will need to be booked, incurring an additional charge.
🔹 Collection is only available from inside the property. Items must be dry and securely packed.
