Deliveries & Returns – M&B (Mattress & Beds)

At M&B, we are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order beds and mattresses straight to your door — safely, efficiently, and with great care.


Delivery Information

Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are custom made to order. As such, delivery times may vary depending on the item and production schedule.

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • 7 to 14 working days for most standard items.

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 working days, especially for custom builds or during busy periods.

We recommend checking product pages or contacting us directly for more accurate lead times.


How Delivery Is Arranged

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will call you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Please ensure the contact details provided at checkout — especially your mobile number and email address — are accurate and up to date.


Delivery Service Overview

  • Standard delivery is free to most mainland UK postcodes.

  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor/front door or communal entrance only.

  • Our delivery teams are not responsible for carrying items upstairs or into specific rooms, unless an assembly service has been arranged.

  • Couriers are not obligated to move or handle existing furniture.


Access & Delivery Restrictions

Before placing your order, please check that your item will fit:

  • Through your doorways, staircases, hallways, and any tight corners.

  • If we’re unable to deliver due to access issues, a £49 failed delivery fee will apply.


Remote Postcode Delivery

Deliveries to the following areas may take longer and may incur an extra fee:
PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT

We do not currently deliver to offshore locations (e.g., Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland).


Returns & Cancellations

28-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 28 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • As most of our products are made to order, returns may be declined or subject to a restocking fee if items have been custom-built to your specifications (e.g., non-standard sizes).

  • A £49 collection fee applies to all returns, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before production has started at no cost.

  • If the item is already in production or a delivery has been scheduled, a £49 cancellation fee may apply.

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless faulty.


Damages & Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email.

  • Photographic evidence may be required.

  • If eligible, we will send a replacement or replacement part as soon as possible, free of charge.

  • Items assembled or used after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.


Important Reminders

  • Most products require self-assembly unless an assembly service is booked in advance.

  • We do not dismantle or remove old furniture unless arranged prior to delivery.

  • To avoid disappointment, please ensure safe access for delivery, especially for large items.
